Do you TAKE PHONE ORDERS?

Ordering online is the fastest and most secure way to purchase. We are happy to accept phone orders in extenuating circumstances only.

Do you do next day shipping?

Our customers have found that the costs of next day shipping far outweigh the benefits.

Can I call with questions?

Email is our preferred and most efficient method of contact. We are usually available in the early evenings for phone questions. The best time to call is 6 PM – 9 PM CST or on the weekends.

Do you deal in used parts?

All our parts are brand new. We do not resell used parts.

What is your return policy?

We will accept returns up to 90 days after purchase with the original receipt, and the parts must be in “as sold” condition with nothing missing or modified. We can also exchange for the correct parts if you happen to order the wrong thing. Refunds are for the purchase price of the parts only. You are responsible for shipping costs. We will refund shipping costs should the error originate with DSE.

How do I know for sure what engine I have?

Please take a look at the flow chart under the “engine ID” button. It will help guide you through the differences in engine types to help make sure you are looking at the right engine category when selecting parts.

Under each engine category, you will also find another flow chart that will help you determine what specific part number you will want to order for your project. In some cases there are tips to help you with further identification as well.

Your part description says I need such and such pulley, pump, etc.… how do I find those parts?

Please view our full inventory of items for sales to see if we carry what you need. Otherwise, we’ve found google searches to be the most effective method of sourcing parts we do not carry.
